境外债承揽岗

（上海/北京/深圳）

 

工作职责：

- 负责中资美元债等境外债券品种项目的市场开拓和落地，包括招投标，发行方案设计，商业谈判等；

- 紧密根据境内外宏观经济和货币政策变化，债券、汇率等市场走势，为发行人提供境外债务融资方案、市场分析、发行窗口选择等专业化服务；

- 负责公司固定收益类（境外债券等）产品发行阶段的相关工作，包括市场分析、销售组织、询价、路演、簿记、定价及配售等。

 

任职资格：

- 5-10年境内外债券承揽相关工作经验，在负责区域内业绩优异/ 承做岗需有3年及以上境内外债券承揽承做相关工作经验；

- 硕士及以上学历，金融、经济等相关专业（条件优秀者可适当放宽）；

- 专业基础良好，熟悉相关法规，对债券市场有较为全面的了解；

- 形象气质佳、品行端正、身体健康、人际交往能力和组织协调能力强；

- 工作严谨细致，有较强的逻辑思维，沟通及获取信息能力强，具备较强的市场分析判断能力，有良好的团队合作意识和敬业精神。

 

Trader (US Stock Night Shift)

Institution Solutions & Derivatives Department

 

- Execute trading orders accurately and efficiently;

- Be able to work independently in the night shift;

- Monitor client orders and report timely on the orders' progress.

 

Business Development, External Asset Management

Wealth Management Department

 

- Preparing EAM Pitch Book

- Managing EAM prospect pipeline

- Onboarding both EAM and referred end-clients

 

Equity Sales

Institution Solutions & Derivatives Department

 

- Develop client base & maintain client relationship

- Promote research services

- Cross selling equity and other financial product

 

System Analyst

IT - Web/Mobile App

 

- Handle daily dealing operation of various market;

- Maintain brokerage or brokerage related system;

- Conduct and coordinate UAT and regress.
