Trader (US Stock Night Shift)

Institution Solutions & Derivatives Department

Execute trading orders accurately and efficiently

Be able to work independently in the night shift

Monitor client orders and report timely on the orders' progress

Dealer (FX / Future)

Wealth Management Department

Handle daily dealing operation of various markets

Monitor client’s position and margin level

Provide quality customer services

Project Manager

IT Department

Manage end-to-end projects from the initialization phase to preparation and execution.

Oversee the project budget, timeline &deliverables

Perform project governance, risk management, change management and vendor management.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert

Ability to analyse complex systems requirement

Ensure quality of master data

Legal & Compliance Department

Perform day-to-day trade surveillance and transaction monitoring work;

Collaborate and communicate with First Line of Defense in investigation any suspicious transactions and trading activities

Identify, investigate and report suspicious activities and trading pattern;

 

System Analyst

Handle daily dealing operation of various market

Maintain brokerage or brokerage related system

Conduct and coordinate UAT and regress

 

境外债承揽岗（北京）

工作职责：

负责中资美元债等境外债券品种项目的市场开拓和落地，包括招投标，发行方案设计，商业谈判等；

紧密根据境内外宏观经济和货币政策变化，债券、汇率等市场走势，为发行人提供境外债务融资方案、市场分析、发行窗口选择等专业化服务；

负责公司固定收益类（境外债券等）产品发行阶段的相关工作，包括市场分析、销售组织、询价、路演、簿记、定价及配售等。

 

任职资格：

有3年及以上DCM债券承揽/承做相关工作经验，有江苏及山东区域经验优先；

硕士及以上学历，金融、经济等相关专业（条件优秀者可适当放宽）；

专业基础良好，熟悉相关法规，对债券市场有较为全面的了解；

形象气质佳、品行端正、身体健康、人际交往能力和组织协调能力强；

工作严谨细致，有较强的逻辑思维，沟通及获取信息能力强，具备较强的市场分析判断能力，有良好的团队合作意识和敬业精神。
